Solid Carbide Mills

Emuge/Franken solid carbide end mills have been designed specifically with the needs and concerns of today's moldmaker in mind. Available in metric sizes from 1 to 16 millimeters and in inch sizes from 1/64 to 1/2inch, these tools provide versatility for any mold milling application. This line of tools, manufactured from select carbide materials, provides extended life and a high degree of accuracy. All of our carbide is manufactured using the "Hot Isostatic Process" and is sintered from extremely fine carbide grains, (.4µm). Intended for hard machining at high speeds and fast feeds, these tools perform best when used without coolant.
